At Texas Implant & Dental Specialists, we’re committed to top-quality dental care using advanced technology focused on your comfort.
That includes laser dentistry and the BLAST Protocol (Biostimulation-Lase-Activation-Stimulation-Technique) a powerful combination for faster healing, better results, and less discomfort.
We use laser technology during implant placement surgery to enhance precision, reduce bleeding, and promote faster healing.
Because lasers target tissue more precisely, they improve surgical outcomes and patient comfort, making the procedure more efficient and less invasive.
Even if you’ve been told you’re not a candidate due to gum disease or bone loss, BLAST may offer a solution.
Removes bacteria and infected tissue
Speeds up healing by activating bone and gums
Boosts stability and appearance with precise placement
Minimizes complications through soft tissue control
Maximizes long-term success with smart timing
Whether you need one implant or a full-mouth restoration, BLAST helps us create durable, beautiful smiles with greater comfort and confidence.

At Texas Implant & Dental Specialists we are dedicated to always providing you with the highest quality dental care. With laser surgery we can reduce your amount of time in the chair, shorten healing times, decrease pain, and ensure that your dental experience is comfortable and positive.
Laser dentistry is an exciting new way to perform dental procedures by using a highly focused beam of light to precisely remove and shape tissue. It is often used to perform procedures such as:
Gum Recontouring and Disinfecting
Remove the decayed or damaged portion of a tooth
Treat Periodontal Disease
Laser dentistry is less invasive and reduces the risk of pain, infection, and recession compared to traditional periodontal surgery.

At Texas Implant & Dental Specialists we use advanced digital dentistry tools to make your dental implant experience faster, easier, and more comfortable without the need for scalpels, long recoveries, or outdated guesswork.
We virtually plan your surgery for precise, predictable results.
These guides allow smaller incisions, less pain, and faster recovery.
We scan your mouth with a camera for a perfect fit.

Fewer appointments
Less pain and swelling
Lower risk of complications
Better-looking results, faster

A dental implant is a three-part solution that replaces your missing or failing tooth from the root up, giving you a result that looks, feels, and functions just like the real thing.
The Implant Post A small titanium post is placed where your tooth root used to be. Over time, it fuses with your jawbone, creating a stable, permanent foundation.
The Abutment A small connector that links the implant post to your new tooth, ensuring a secure and natural fit.
The Crown Your custom-made tooth, matched to the color and shape of your natural smile. This is the part everyone sees.

QuikArch™ gives you your final teeth fast. No more waiting months. No more wearing bulky temporaries.
This system uses digital planning, smart materials, and guided surgery to get it done in days.

The restoration is made from a space-age, graphene-infused polymer engineered for strength and flexibility. Unlike brittle zirconia, this material is layered over a titanium bar, giving you the strength to chew comfortably and a smooth, quiet bite with no clacking or stiffness.
It’s also adjustable, so if your gums change during healing, your new teeth can be fine-tuned for a perfect fit, keeping you comfortable throughout the process.

With a clinical success rate over 98%, QuikArch is a proven system you can trust.
How It Works:
Detailed Smile Design: We start with a full digital scan of your bite, gums, and smile, so everything fits you precisely.
Precision Placement: Guided surgical tools help place your implants accurately and efficiently, no guesswork, no flaps.
Final Teeth in Days: You get your permanent teeth in just a few days. No expensive second set. No long delays. More savings for you.

How much do dental implants cost?
Every procedure is different because every person is different. In order to get an accurate estimate of the costs associated with a dental implant procedure, we need to see your scans and go over your specific needs.
Implant Bridges, Zygomatic Implants and traditional implants for teeth are a premium solution to tooth loss and therefore are more of an investment than temporary solutions such as dentures, however, with maximizing insurance coverage, and payment plan options available, we work to make it an affordable option for almost anyone.
Do you take insurance towards dental implant procedures?
The amount your insurance will cover is based on your provider and your unique situation. Of course, we will know that once you complete the necessary exams and review everything at your consultation.
Will the dental implant procedure be painful?
You will be fully sedated during your procedure, so there will be no pain. You won't feel a thing! After the surgery, you will have mild discomfort that can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication.

Roberto Perez

After having many bad dental experiences, I was nervous about getting my teeth pulled. But my experience was amazing. I was treated with respect and never felt ashamed. They removed all my top teeth and placed implants the next day. I had no pain and only a little swelling on the third day. I'm so happy I had the courage to go through with it.
